Our managed print service means we can proactively monitor your equipment, from consumable usage to maintenance. We remove the burden of you managing your equipment, while guaranteeing its performance and ensuring Cantec’s service level agreement.

SERVICE ONLY AGREEMENTS

Cantec offer service only agreements on copiers and printers, which allows you the freedom to upgrade your device when the time is right for you. If your current service provider is not maintaining their agreement, you have the option to change and not affect the lease you have with the third-party finance provider.

Cantec will send an engineer to your site to carry out an inspection and access the machine prior to any new contract.

Less Secure Apps & Your Google Account

Google has recently announced that they will be shutting off use of less secure sign-in technology which can affect some external apps that connect to your Google account.

To help keep your account secure, starting May 30, 2022, ​​Google will no longer support the use of third-party apps or devices which ask you to sign in to your Google Account using only your username and password.
